Brigada -- Brigada describes itself as "a system of conferences and forums that allow you to network with others who share common interests in sharing God's love with previously unreached cities and peoples around the world."

The Network for Strategic Missions --  This resource provides the most comprehensive list of resources for research in the study of missions. The archive includes past sources from the most significant periodicals at minimal charge. The  Knowledge Base is the easiest way to access significant topics. 

MisLinks -- "MisLinks offers multiple links of interest to missionaries, mission teachers and researchers, and mission executives."

Globalmission  -- "Globalmission.org is the official information exchange site of the World Evangelical Alliance Missions Commission.  It specializes in serving a global audience, particularly providing  a platform for national mission moments around the world to both share and access information at a global level."

Ask a Missionary -- "Ask A Missionary shares questions and answers on becoming a long-term missionary." 

Ethnic Harvest  --  Ethnic Harvest works in partnership with evangelical churches and agencies, offering stories, resources and practical ideas for forming cross-cultural friendships and living your faith more effectively.

Network for Strategic Missions -- describes itself as "a global movement of grass-roots leaders ministering to those without access to the gospel."

Sacred Tribes -- Site of the Journal of Christian Missions to New Religious Movements

Zondervan's Church Leader Internet Portal -- This is a start-up site, a gateway to the world-wide web for church leaders, both professional and lay.  See especially their Evangelism/Missions Links.

Missions Associations

Evangelical Missiological Society -- "Our purpose is to advance the cause of world evangelization through the study and evaluation of mission concepts and strategies from a biblical perspective."

American Society of Missiology -- "a community of Scholarship, Fellowship, and Mission."  The American Society of Missiology consists of 600 scholars, missions agency executives, and missionaries and also publishes Missiology: An International Review.

Association of Professors of Mission -- "Promoting Christian Fellowship, Spiritual Life, and Professional Usefulness"

International Association for Mission Studies -- "an international, inter-confessional and interdisciplinary professional society for the scholarly study of Christian witness and its impact in the world."  The IAMS also publishes the journal Mission Studies.

Southern African Missiological Society -- "The Southern African Missiological Society (SAMS) is a scholarly society for the study of Christian mission."  The SAMS also publishes the journal Missionalia.
